Usage precations and safety warnings




Charging

  • Use a dedicated Li-ion charger designed for 3.7V/4.2V batteries. DO NOT use Ni-MH/Ni-Cd chargers.

  • Charge within specified temperature limits (0°C to 45°C).

  • Never charge the battery unattended for extended periods.

  • Stop using the battery and charger if the battery becomes hot, smokes, swells, or smells unusual during charging.


Discharging

  • Do not discharge below the cut-off voltage (2.75V). Deep discharge can permanently damage the cell.

  • Do not exceed the maximum continuous discharge current (4000mA).

  • Avoid short-circuiting the terminals. Never carry or store batteries loosely where metal objects (coins, keys) can contact both terminals.

  • Use within the specified operating temperature range (-20°C to +60°C).


Storage

  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place, ideally at 30-50% state of charge for long-term storage.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Do not disassemble, crush, puncture, incinerate, or immerse in liquid.

  • Do not solder directly onto the cell body. Use spot welding for pack assembly.

  • If the battery is physically damaged, leaking, or swollen, discontinue use immediately and dispose of it properly.
